Yogurt cake with almonds ¾ cup (210 grams) of plain Greek yogurt 3 large eggs at room temperature 1 teaspoon (4 milliliters) vanilla extract ⅓ cup + 1 tablespoon (83 grams) of melted coconut oil 2 cups (200 grams) of bleached almond flour ⅓ cup (65 grams) of granulated erythritol 2 teaspoons (8 grams) baking powder ¼ teaspoon (1 grams) salt Place the dough in an 8 x 4 inch (20 x 10 cm) loaf pan lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius) for 40-50 minutes until edges are golden brown. Let cool before serving.
