Please subscribe to my channel! A written recipe can be found in the description box. In a microwave-friendly bowl, add 250 g of grated mozzarella cheese. Add 1.5 tablespoons cream cheese and microwave for 30 seconds. Mix it up and put it in the microwave again for 30 seconds Repeat the microwave cooking and mixing until the mozzarella cheese has melted properly. Crack two eggs in a bowl and whisk. Mix the melted mozzarella with the beaten eggs using a hand mixer. Also add 100 grams of ground almonds and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Blend until the mixture is smooth. Preheat the oven to 200°C above and below the heat and place the muffin paper on a tray. Add the mixture to a muffin tin and gently tap the surface.

Bake for 18 minutes. Mix about 100g of chicken pieces with 1/2 to 1 teaspoon tikka masala. (Use the spices of your choice alternately.) Fry the chicken pieces in 1-2 tablespoons of oil of your choice until fully cooked. Top buns with tomato sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese. Top pizza pies with your favorite toppings and more cheese. Bake for another 14-16 minutes. Let the cakes cool for at least 5 minutes before removing them from the moulds. thanks for watching!
