Washed twice with water and then add fresh water. cover it with lid and keep aside for 1/2 an hour .Ingredients for Fried Rice: Paneer cubes – 250 gms Corn Flour – 1 tbsp, Tomato Ketchup – 1 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce – 1 tsp Soya Sauce – 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder – 1 tsp Salt as per your taste Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp, Ghee – 1 tsp Cinnamon Sticks – 2, Cloves – 5, Bay Leaves – 2 Vegetables for Fried Rice: Capsicum (chopped) – 1/2 Boiled Corn – 2 tbsp Carrot (chopped) – 1/2 cup Onions (chopped) – 1/2 cup Cooking Oil – 2 tbsp Beans (chopped) – 1/2 cup Soya Sauce – 1 tsp Salt as per your taste Garlic (chopped) – 1 tsp Green Chilli Sauce – 1 tbsp Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp Coriander Leaves (chopped) – 1 tbsp Turn on flame and keep a vessel on it in high flame.

Pour 2 liters of water, cover it and boil After boiling, drain the Basmati Rice and add to the water Add bay leaves, cinnamon stick, cloves, 1/2 tsp salt,1 tsp ghee and cook as smooth as normal rice Because it gives in lunch box for children If we eat Fried Rice at home, we cook the Basmati Rice till it is 85% done Drain the rice and keep aside For marinating Paneer, take a bowl, add tomato ketchup, red chilli sauce, soya sauce, coriander powder, pepper powder, corn flour, salt as per your taste to it and mix well without lumps Add Paneer to it and marinate it carefully Keep this aside.

Turn on flame, keep a pan on it and add 2 tbsp of oil in low flame Add Paneer to it carefully Fry them all sides, by flipping Paneer cubes With the help of fork, it is very easy to flip the Paneer Like this, we will fry Paneer in low flame only Paneer is ready, turn off flame and shifted into a plate Heat a pan and add 2 tsp of oil in medium flame Add garlic, onion and fry for one minute add carrot, beans,capsicum,boiled corn and fry for sometime Mix well Cover it and fry for three minutes in low flame. Mix in between After three minutes, open the cover, add green chilli sauce,pepper powder,soya sauce,salt as per your taste and fry for two minutes Already we have added little salt in rice. So now add little salt as per your taste Add rice and mix well For cooking Basmati Rice in pressure cooker, add 11/2 glass of water to 1 glass of rice and wait to cook upto 2 whistles Add coriander leaves and mix it Add Paneer and mix gently Now Paneer Fried Rice is ready Shift it into lunch box along with tomato sauce, cucumber pieces and boiled carrot pieces.

Now lunch box is ready Next lunch box recipe is Vegetable pancake Ingredients: Grated Carrot – 1/2 cup Capsicum (chopped) – 2 tbsp Onion (chopped) – 1 tbsp Boiled Corn – 2 tsp Beans (chopped) – 2 tbsp Water Rice Flour – 3 tbsp Reds Chilli powder – 1 tsp Salt as per your taste Coriander Powder – 1 tsp Pepper Powder – 1/4 tsp Wheat Flour – 4 tbsp Oil for fry Take a bowl, add wheat flour,rice flour,red chilli powder,pepper powder,coriander powder,salt as per your taste and mix them by adding little water at a time Mix up to desired thickness without lumps Add carrot,capsicum,onion,boiled corn,beans to it, mix them and prepare a batter In this you can add cauliflower, cabbage, mushroom, broccoli and any vegetable your child likes Keep aside for five minutes Turn on flame,heat a pan on it and pour 2 tsp of oil in low flame Pour 2 tbsp of batter for making a pancake If we use bigger size pan, we can prepare three pancakes at a time Pour oil on them and fry After 2 minutes, flip the pancakes Pour oil, flip after two minutes.

Fry like this until they are reddish brown and crispy texture Now Pancakes are ready and take them out on tissue paper Tissue paper absorbs extra oil from Pancakes Serve this Pancake with tomato ketchup or green chutney Take a bread piece and remove borders like this Make it thin with chapati roller Spread jam on it Spread Nutella or Mayonnaise your child likes Cut banana like this, put it on one end of bread, press and roll it tightly Press lastly to seal the bread Cut into small pieces with knife Put apple or grapes as your child likes and cut like this Our lunch box is ready by keeping these Vegetable Pancakes, small bread rolls and Pomegranate seeds Third lunch box recipe is Potato Sandwich Ingredients: Potato (boiled, peel off and mashed) – 200 gms Onions – 1/2 cup Cooking Oil – 2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup – 4 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp Chopped Coriander Leaves – 2 tbsp Chopped Green Chilli – 1 Salt as per your taste. Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp Bread Slices (white or brown) – 4 Turn on flame, heat a pan and add 2 tbsp of oil Once the oil is heated, add green chilli and onion,fry in medium flame Fry onions for two minutes Add ginger garlic paste and fry until its raw smell goes away and keep it in low flame Add red chilli powder, salt as per your taste, pepper powder and fry for one minute Add mashed potato and mix it Lastly add coriander leaves and mix it & fry for one minute in medium flame Turn off the flame This potato mixture is enough for three Sandwiches Shift some mixture into serving bowl Spread tomato ketchup for all four bread slices Spread evenly like this Four breads slices are over Add potato mixture on one bread slice Like this and cover with another bread slice If you press like this, potato mixture stick to bread slice nicely Do the another one in the same manner Turn on flame, heat grilled pan and add ghee or butter & keep it in low flame Place raw sandwich on it and press it Apply ghee or butter Fry it for two minutes and flip it Fry like this nicely Fry the other side also in low flame for two minutes Fried both sides nicely Shift it into a plate Fry the other Sandwich also in the same manner Cut with pizza cutter or knife Like this and it is very colorful also Our third lunch box is ready with this Potato Sandwich, tomato sauce and banana If you like these recipes, like it and share it If you have not subscribed till now, click the subscribe button showing the red colour below Click the bell icon so as to get the notifications whenever I upload the video Try these recipes and write your feedback in comment section
